| We’re About to Fall… This month is the official start of the holidays in my family. We celebrate a birthday every week in October. Party, party, party. I love Halloween. My friends and I get together in our crazy costumes to eat scary themed foods like monster cupcakes or have a steaming bowl of Transylvania soup, then dance to oldies with witches, vampires, storybook characters and demonic clowns. Fun stuff. WIP (Whip it Good) Still working on Geordie and my other super-secret book project. I promise to have an excerpt from Geordie next month for you to read. What’s Heating up the Kitchen? I’m dreaming of soups, stews, anything that will warm my insides. Hungarian Mushroom Soup is on the menu today. This is a perfect recipe for the cooler October nights. What’s heating up your kitchen?
