Due to Unforeseen Circumstances – Update

My health challenge pushed me back further than anticipated, but I think we’re seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. 

The editor is finishing her magic on Work with Me and then it heads to formatting and cover. The next stop will be the Launch Team to review and finally it will be released to everyone. I will send out a special notice when Work with Me is about to be released on Amazon.

Happy Mother’s Day

May 9th is Mother’s Day. I’ve got no kids of my own, so I’ll be hanging out with mom that day. I do the cooking while I’m at her place. It’s a fun time working in the kitchen, remembering past Mother’s Days and planning the future. 

Some of our family, who are vaccinated, will come by to say hello, masked 😷and at a safe distance. I’m hoping next Mother’s Day will be normal.

P.S. I almost forgot. I made a Pineapple Pork Adobo (Filipino style Adobo) a few days ago, and it was a hit with my boyfriend. Next time I want to try a Spanish Adobo….I’ll let you know.
